“SABCA” means for all. Small and medium Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Fabrication etc, construction contractors who are contracting the works with the government departments in the state of Andhra Pradesh were associated together on 20.10.2019 in Vijayawada and resolved to establish a common platform with 13 districts contractors to form as association. With the due consent of the contractors from all districts of Andhra Pradesh on 17th November 2019, originated the association in the name and style as “SABCA”.

SABCA is an apex state body of the construction contractors with business entity from all 13 district centers of Andhra Pradesh as members.SABCA - State of Andhra Pradesh Building Contractors Association is registered under Socities act vide regd.number 431 of 2019, dated 25.11.2019.

The main objectives of “SABCA” are ** To create an environment and provide a platform to the Contractors who are in the construction activity. ** Mainly to bring awareness among the Contractors on the quality aspects and latest construction techniques. ** To support the members for overall development. ** To promote and foster feelings of unity and cooperation with mutual help and to avoid unfair trade practices among the members. ** To address the Government and Government Departments for timely release of payment of works bills to avoid financial hardships to the members of the Association. ** To address the Government and Non-Government agencies on any common problems faced/likely to face by the members.** To assist the members in technical and non-technical and legal matters and rendering timely advise. ** To make awareness to the members with the latest Government Orders, Enactments and Laws relating to the Contracts. Let us wish and pray for the overall development of the “SABCA” and with the active involvement of the elected body and cooperation of the members, SABCA will rise to new heights.
